I do 1 hr session of meditation everyday. I'd like to incorporate imaghe streaming to my meditation session. The problem is when I do meditation, I do thing called buteyko breathing technique so that I can't talk. (This breathing technique makes meditation really immersive and helps me see vivid photographic images.)

I just want to know if typing on the computer during IS would be just as effective as speaking into a recorder.

If you type during visualisation. Debrief by talking out loud.

It's necessary to change how you debrief, to get the fullest from the image stream. So if you write or type while streaming you'd talk it out with someone or record your debrief.
