These are my personal notes. They're very messy and sloppy. However, we're all photo-readers here so, what I'm hoping is any of these concepts can or could contribute to the creation of any new learning strategies courses that help people. So, again sorry for the mess, however, there is knowledge and content here.

The main concepts are time perception, meditation, absolute-pitch & relative-pitch, absolute-rhythm & relative rhythm. As well as manual and automatic production of tones, which could have applications to meditation, rhythmic breathing, breathing patterns, and counting. Counting in the sense of advanced or ancient counting and ancient time-keeping and manual frequency counting, perhaps a lost art over time or a closely guarded modern secret.

Maybe some of these concepts could spark some new courses that could help a lot of people, so again sorry for the messiness, however there's probably some good concepts here.

Absolute Rhythm & Relative Rhythm - Rhythm Scales

Just as there is absolute-pitch and relative-pitch, there is absolute-rhythm and relative-rhythm.

Rhythm is Tone.  Rhythm is slow tone.  Tone is fast rhythm.

There is slow time and fast time.

It's perception of time.

You can perceive slow time and fast time.

There are frequencies or cycles per second or hertz.

There are rhythms or BPM or BPH or BPD.  Beats per minute, beats per hour, and beats per day.

At 60 BPM, one beat is one second or one hertz.

So rhythm is tone.

Rhythm is slow tone and slow time and tone is fast rhythm and fast time.

It's all about perception.

The slower the rhythm the slower your perception and less resistance.

The faster the rhythm the faster your perception and more resistance.

If rhythm is tone then there are rhythm scales.

So there is a chromatic rhythm scale that is equal to the chromatic tone scale.

If you practice counting out-loud to slow rhythm theoretically your perception of time slows down and it's easier to sub-divide rhythm.

Then you exercise slowly and can theoretically sub-divide fast rhythms into great amounts of numbers and your perception of time alters.

Theoretically one second could be perceived as a year.

One year of one seconds that are equal to one year would mean a year of one second years would be equal to perceiving one year as 30 million years.

Counting out loud slowly and sub-dividing slowly alters your perception of time theoretically because your thoughts match your counting out loud.

It's a matter of proper metronome exercise and altering perception of time and perceiving time absolutely and relatively as slow or fast.

Brain-Wave States And Meditation

I've spent time researching meditation and yoga. In yoga the practice of breathing is called pranayama. To access the brain-wave states in meditation, a technique to use is pranayama. Pranayama involves rhythmic breathing, in the actual sense of patterns of breathing, involving breathing specific rhythms, tones, or frequencies. In other words, specific breathing patterns, to synchronize breathing patterns and brain-wave states. There are four different brain-wave states - beta, alpha, theta, and delta. To access different brain-wave states requires specific rhythmic breathing patterns that vary from breaths per second, breaths per minute, and breaths per hour. Of the spectrum of brain-waves, beta is the highest frequency-range of brain-wave states and delta is the lowest frequency-range of brain-wave states. Each brain-wave state is associated with different phenomena. Beta is the waking state, alpha is associated with relaxation, theta is associated with visual phenomena, and delta is associated with deep meditation phenomena. So, slower, deeper, lower-frequency breathing helps access lower frequency brain-wave states and faster, shallower, higher-frequency breathing helps access higher frequency brain-wave states. So, different breathing patterns access different brain-wave states and phenomena associated with those brain-wave states. Almost like shifting gears. It's simply what human brains are capable of - accessing different brain-wave states. Meditation in combination with knowledge of absolute-pitch and relative-pitch, or tone language, helps to access different and various states of meditation.

I suppose there is a point to all that? I'm pretty sure I'm missing something behind your bullet points.

So please explain what you think this could be used for?
