Is the same benefit received from using the eyes open as the eyes closed paraliminals? I mainly use the eyes open...can I learn to reset myself quickly only using eyes open?

Recommended to start with eyes closed sessions. You probably need two weeks before you're ready for eyes open sessions, especially if you're not familiar with Paraliminals.

Ok - not sure if that's going to work for me. I use these strictly during my work day and I don't have a place I can sit undisturbed with my eyes closed.

They take 20 to 25 minutes, you can use them at the start of the day or end of the day. Even during a lunch break.

I have very limited time to myself during the day. Currently I have some other listening that I do first thing in the morning. I was hoping to use the resets at an Ad-Hoc level. That is, as mood changes during the day and I want a "reset" I would use them. But the eyes-closed ones won't work @ any given time in the day for me, I have virtually no privacy during the day.
