I am avoiding paraliinals with A&B tracks. There are many beneficial paraliminals with only 1 session, and I just don't stop and learn how to deal with the multi-track ones. I know this is ridiculous. Is anyone else struggling with this? Any suggestions?

Here are some ideas....

(1.) Just listen to session A, and treat session B like a bonus Paraliminal. So far, I have never gotten to the point where I listen to session B (with the exception of Sleep Deeply). As long as I am seeing benefits from listening to session A, I see no reason to move to session B.

(2.) Treat session A and session B as two different Paraliminals. Don't feel like you have to listen to session A first, if you feel ready to listen to session B.

They are individual session. You don't always need to listen to both. Choose the session that addresses the challenge, the booklet is a guide. Sometimes you listen only to session B and you're done. Or session A and and you're done.

The two sessions Paraliminals are two ways of tackling that challenge and yes sometimes the 1 then 2 or 2 then 1 approach is ideal. It's really the same as using two Paraliminals to help with one challenge. Like Sales Leap before a salary review and Self-Esteem Supercharger or Personal Genius before that for that same salary review meeting. The Paraliminal with two sessions have two ways of coming to the challenge with one title.
