Hi,

I was just wondering: Is it possible to use paraliminals against acne?

If so, what paraliminal can help with this? I was thinking about "Perfect health", but maybe there is a better one?

Thanks in advance!

Just a guess, but "Perfect Health" might do the trick.

Perfect Health would do it and so would Self-Esteem Supercharger. Acne creates Self-Esteem problems and is caused by stress which which is often brought on by low self-esteem. Can create a cycle.

Never thought about that! I will give it a try.

Do you recommend looping "Perfect health" and "Self-esteem Supercharger"? (at night, for example).

What about Prosperity/Belief? Can they be of any help in this situation?

Thanks a bunch

Yes, Prosperity. You could get an abundance of radiant complexion!

Belief could help too.
Diet, hormone cycles, stress, all can play a part, so these are possible areas to explore with belief.

..I am just remembering the Milton Erikson story about the person with acne...Erikson instructed them to get rid of every mirror, and over time the patients acne dissapeared.

Thanks.

Another quesion: When I listen to the paraliminals, I often feel some tension on my forehead. Is this normal? or am I doing something wrong?

Greets,

Drink some water before you start. It sounds like you're a bit dehydrated. Check the comfort of your headphones. You may have them too tight and because Paraliminals are relaxing you notice that tension more than just listening to music or audio courses.

Also consider the Paraliminals use two voices it might mean your conscious mind is still trying to listen to both voices at the same time. Trying to understand what everyone is saying. In that case just let go, give up and turn off. Yep take a short nap if you want.
