I had a misunderstanding about the introduction of Automatic Pilot Session A.

I thought that the questions that tested if your desire was a true desire at the beginning were prerequisites to be met before I listened to session A. If they are I'm still confused. But if I've worked it out correctly they would be prerequisites to listening to session B.

Have I understood correctly?

Session A is for checking if there is any conflict in your desires. If there is or you are unsure whether there might be conflict then you listen to session A.

If you're absolutely certain of what you want and have no internal conflict about it's attainment go straight to session B.

Session A is for getting to the point where you are clear on your goal and being willing to do whatever it takes.

Once you have that and you may have that without listening to session A Listen to session B to get into action.
