I started working with the x technique as you said
And while imagining x I'm even able to see the blip but the problem here is that the text in the blip and around it is clearly visible, I'm trying to make it blurry but it is not happening and my conscious mind is constantly reading the text as it is visible.

When I bring the book ahead it gets blurry again and when taking it far it gets clearer

Please tell me what should I do to make whole text blurry or teach me something else through which I can divert my conscious mind from responding to the text

Blurred or not doesn't matter, turn the pages, while looking at them with a soft gaze,

Better yet turn the book upside down and just look at the pages as they pass by as you turn them.
