Think of what you're working on in the month, choose the one from the 4 seasons to address where you are at with a gaol and listen to the representative season. Sonic Access you can pick and choose which area you're focusing on. The booklets that come with them offer suggestions for use. Enjoy them with a listening purpose in mind... or just enjoy them for their mediations. Alex
