Hi all,
How do I use Automatic Pilot Side A when I have doubts about being able to accomplish a given goal?
So far have always used Side A when I was convinced I could accomplish a specific objective but am wondering now how i can use it to overcome self-doubt.
Do I still establish the ideal end result and answer the 3 qns at the beginning?
What if my answers to the qns are negative?

Just thought I'd share some thoughts:

For one thing, if the answers to the questions are negative, I think you might want to rephrase them in the positive.

You may want to deal with your doubts since it may hinder the paraliminal. By the way, how are you choosing to apply doubt on your being able to accomplish as goal, so as to call it self-doubt?

I suppose if you want to overcome your self doubt, here's something to think about: What would happen if you were to doubt your self-doubt? Think about it for a moment, And as you do, notice whether you feel better or if the self doubt neutralizes.

just my 2 cents
