Hi,

I was wondering, can i use the sleep learning track behind the pc (on repeat) without closing my eyes?
Is it still going to be beneficial ?

Hi Pro_Musician!

Yes you can do the sleep loop with your eyes open. Just remember that there's no "count out" so you may be a little spacey when you are done, as you won't be drifting off to sleep. Be sure and ground yourself when you are finished with the session and before you resume your normal activities!

All the best,
Wendy

Hi!

Thanks Wendy!

Greets

Ps. Do you have to wait 20 minutes in between sleep learning sessions or can i listen to different Sleep Learning tracks back to back?

Hi again, Pro_Musician!

Most people run them right up to each other. With regard to working with multiples, I would pay attention to your results. If you come out feeling "jangled" you may be trying to integrate too many different sessions of change work in one sitting.
