The last two sessions with the course have been different in a sense. When I listen to any coaching session, my mind tended to wander and afterwards I couldn't remember many of what was said. Paul said on another course that the mind could wander according to an unconscious process of learning, but my mind wandered so much that I usually find myself fantasizing and couldn't remember a gool deal of things. The last two sessions, I reached a state where I tended to have no thought and be constantly in the now, in the present moment. Maybe it was because what Paul asked in the Prelude course about being so in the moment that I think nothing about what I could do with what is said in the future. This has proven to be tiresome, when the session finishes, my head aches.

I have this experience, too.

Sometimes I also find what is being said and how it is being said very annoying.

I am hesitant to ask, but does anyone else share the perception that sometimes Paul, vocally, seems to be a little stiff and awkward at times? Like when he is trying to sound spontaneous (fake laughs especially), he instead sounds practiced and ingenuine. I can feel that incongruity in my body. It's like a bug crawling up my arm.

When lecturing about Clarity, Paul recommends to underwrite each choice with five basic choices; self-love, self-choice, health, freedom and truth. Should I use all of them with each choice? or choose one of them?

Personally I underwrite my goals with all of them. Helps to keep me balanced since my focus for the goal may not be health or freedom it serves as a reminder that even this goal that I'm working on is part of the whole.

I already wrote my goals, but some of them could be too personal to post, so I decided to keep them for myself at least for now. I will continue posting here about my overall progress.

Took me too long to finish my vision with my goals underwritten with five major goals and what does each one mean to me. Now I'm in the visualization step. I understand that I need to do three visualizations for each goal.

I have a question. Is it recommended that I work with all 7 goals, or one at a time? Let's say take the first one, do the seven steps. Then take the second one, do the 7 steps. ETC. Or is it better to take first, do the visualization, then second, do visualization, etc. The take first again, do the third step, ans so on and so on and so on..... I don't know if I explain myself.

Do the visualization for your first main goal (put them in your personal order of priority for working with them)

In the one visualizaton sitting you will visualize the goal three times, each time adding more detail. Once you've done that you move to the Labyrinth paraliminal session for that goal.

Next day or later when you're ready do the next goal and follow with the paraliminal.

Ball is now rolling for 2 goals. add more as you feel comfortable. Reason you're working with 7 is that is the most the mind can comfortably handle but rushing through them is only going to scatter your energy.

If anyone would like advise but is too shy to ask on the forum they can email me.

Alex

Yesterday, I did the visualization for my third goal. Since I'm doing something for that goal, I almost achieve it.

Well, my third goal is not so secretive. It is: "I choose to enjoy the many benefits of astral projection". Yesterday, I was very close to do it, but fear kicked in.
