I'm curious, why do we cup our hands on some of the ending exercises? Why is cupping the hands better than using flat hands? (I realize sometimes as I'm going down my front that my hands have flattened out...)
Thank you! 🙂

Good question SimplyK,

I'm sure Chunyi has randomly mentioned it a couple times through out the years, but I'm not remembering anything off the top of my head.

For me, the energy is not as intense on the tissue it's impacting, so the area doesn't need to react, protect, or tense up, and the cupping still allows the same amount of energy/vibration to be directed into the area to help open it up physically and energetically.

All the best,

Shawn
