Bobbie Stevens talks in her interview about breathing, stretching, and meditation being required to reach a level of inner quietute necessary to hear intuitive guidance.

The course offers enough in the way of meditation, but what about the stretching and breathing? Should I buy Ms. Stevens book?

That makes sense. Since starting the 7-Step I have returned to yoga classes to increase my catalog of stretches I can do daily. I'm going to order Iyengar's "Light on Yoga" too.

How about the breathing stuff?

An interesting alternative to yoga is Robert Masters's Psychophysical Method.

I noticed the same lack of detail in AFL regarding the 7-Step Creative Process. I am planning on buying Bobbie Steven's book. It would have been a good addition to the deluxe edition of the AFL course.

Most of the staff and I use Spring Forest Qigong. I know that other complement with yoga. It isn't so much a matter of following one certain teaching but to incorporate some sort of exercises that look after the body as well as the mind.

Be careful of falling back into the trance. Listen to the self and your chosen lifestyle when you seek to manifest your goals.

I use Qigong as well - for me it's more complete than yoga!
