Just received the AFL course this morning. The description of the Prelude Paraliminal souds so much like NHistG. Are they essentially the same paraliminal?

If they are different, how are they different?

They are very similar, though they differ in one key respect, which are the instructions at the beginning of the track.

On the original NHG Session A, Paul tells you to think of how you are feeling now and how you would like to feel instead. On the Prelude Paraliminal titled the Fourth Path, Paul has you use the Feeling Exercise instead of giving a lable to your feeling.

Personally, I prefer the Prelude version of the track, as it seems to work a lot better for me. Accessing my feelings without labeling them seems more intuitive. I most recently used the track on Monday, and felt great the next day.

I am certain there are people out there who would prefer the original track. To each their own.
