Hi Friends,

Per the 7-Step Process in the Abundance Course, I'm trying to gain intuitive guidance via meditation and listening to the Labyrinth Paraliminal. However, I've encountered to experiences, which I'd like feedback on:

1. No messages, feelings. directions about what to do. My mind is blank. I come up empty. No ideas. No directions. Nothing. What does that mean?

2. "Skewed" thoughts, things which don't make "common sense," irrational directions, which my conscious mind tends to reject as ridiculous, laughable, and incorrect.

For example, in response to asking for direction about how I should go about securing financial independence, my non-conscious mind offers up the advice: "Do nothing at all!" Huh???

So, I guess my core question is, how does one "filter out" the impressions and images which the non-conscious offers, things which the conscious interprets as jibberish. In the same vein, what does a purely blank state mean? I really would like to experience good, clear advice from my non-conscious, but I'm having difficulty getting it. Do I just keep meditating until something "good" pops up? How long do I try?

Thanks!

Avoid limiting the answer to what comes from the labyrinth experience. It can come as an ah ha moment later I the day or even 2 days later. The labyrinth is the primer to open the experience. I find it helps you write about the feelings and thoughts you have right after listening.

And the answer do nothing... might just be right on for now. I've been through similar experiences and found that that answer is the is often accurate. Our anxiety to see action is often the same as hitting our heads against a wall when the universe isn't there yet. Like waiting for the cement to dry before we walk on it. There is something to learn before you proceed and telling you what you need to know is not as effective as letting you learn what you need to know.

The fact is you're on the road to financial independence it just isn't right for action yet... keep your eye out for opportunity. It often means stop looking within for answer take the blinders off and notice what opportunities are around you. Next time you question will be is this the right course of action?

Take the message not yet as a sign that something is shaping , baking or curing for you before you can take the next step.

Really? A COMPLETELY BLANK MIND?

I have such a busy brain I can't imagine such a thing.

Meditation for me is a way of turning my brain activity down a little. Always thinking. Always dreaming. Always got a new idea. More ideas and thoughts than time.

I wanna know how you get your mind to go completely BLANK!

AMAZING.

The answer "do nothing" though can simply mean "wait. the right thing will come along." It doesn't necessarily mean it isn't answering you. Just that the solution isn't going to appear TODAY.

I work in advertising and the creative process is very similar.

You have to ask the question. The problem you are trying to solve.

Then, you immerse yourself in everything ABOUT the problem. Learn everything you can about it.

Finally, you call it quits and run off to play and NOT think about the problem. That is when the answer appears.

Yeah, blank as a clean sheet of paper. I mean, in terms of concrete steps of action. For example, I'd start a meditation session to focus on how to achieve a goal, say, to achieve financial abundance/independence. And after meditating, I feel relaxed and clear headed, but when I ask myself what insights or plans of action my inner mind has revealed to gain my goal, there's nothing, or, there's "weird" thoughts which my conscious mind tends to reject as garbage. It's difficult to filter out the trash.

Anyway, by this time, I've rationalized that perhaps my goal is not congruent with my purpose in life, and maybe that's why I'm not getting clear guidance. Live and learn..

Check page 23 to 25 of the manual Step 1 clarity.

It helps you to uncover where you have issues and how to solve them.
