I enjoy competing in different sporting activities during my leisure time. I am familiar with the Relaxed Awareness and Flow State concepts. I was wondering if anyone has applied them to athletic performance to "gain an edge," and if so, how and what were the results.

Thanks.

I teach and perform Swing Dance, and I had a performance last weekend in front of the largest croud I had ever seen. Before the performance I entered the photofocus state and gave myself some modified affirmations similar to the ones in the PR book. I ended up a lot more relaxed and I didn't tire myself hardly at all. My focus was clear the entire time, and I wasn't nervous at all which gave me a playful edge.

The performance turned out awesome, and I intend to put it on my website as soon as I can.

I can't even begin to think of the number of athletes, weekend or otherwise, who have said they perform better when in the flow state.

It's probably true for every endeavor from reading to gardening to cleaning the basement.

That's one of the reasons so many basements get cleaned after listening to the Get Around To It Paraliminal Tape. Values and priorities have been realigned, it is easier to focus, other things don't tug for your attention....

Thanks for your comment Pete.

Aside from the Get Around to It tape, do you have any suggestions on how to incorporate the flow state, etc. or any products that would enhance performance?

I'm a bodybuilder. Hey Pete, you suppose you could coax Paul to come up with a Paraliminal Steroid tape or something? Something to increase the mind to muscle connection, stimulate the hypothalamus pitutary and thyorid? While aslo promoting deeper healing while sleeping, and keeping you motivated to stay in the gym. Call it animalistic intensity supercharger or something. Hahahhaha, do you guys take custom comissions? How about one for 'clicking the amydigala'?

Bodybuilders have raved about the New Behavior Generator for achieving new levels of performance.

The 10-Minute Supercharger is especially good after a workout to help balance the body's energy, which promotes healing.

Self-Esteem Supercharger is another.

A few years back we had almost everyone from a gym using those tapes.
