Hello, i encountered some problems on my IS sessions, such as lack of pictures and agigated feelings of constant want to open my eyes. Recently, i've been trying out Is and it was working for a while, then i stopped for a week without it, now im back again. My question is, does me stopping IS have anything to do with those feelings?

Possibly it has, it sounds a bit like you've become impatient with image streaming. Play with it rather than forcing it.

Just keep doing it with a sense of fun. If the long session cause fidgeting try shorter sessions with breaks if short sessions get nowhere set a timer and see how long you can keep talking. In fact challenge yourself to keep going. If there scenes seem to repeat try imagining what you could do different. If there is something like a door or inanimate object imagine it could talk to you what would it say about the way it looks or what would it's message be for you.

Experiment and see, Do it with a sense of "what will happen if?" fun.
