Hi,

I have gone through the first 5 CDS in the last 4 days. I find that I am getting headaches occasionally durin the day for the last 2 days or so. Is this normal? (I normally dont get headaches at all)

I thought that maybe it could be the same as getting aches after doing unusual physical activity - an indication that the muscles have been overworked and are recovering and growing.

Drink more water. It means the brain is using more energy and you are dehydrated.

A progress report - I tried drinking more water (but I dont think this was a problem as I always drink about 2 litres of water a day) and the headaches remained - so I took a break for a few days and then only did half a CD a day (It took me 4 days for the first 5 CDs and 10 days for then next 3 - so I slowed down the pace a lot ) and everything is OK now. Probably just a way to tell me to take it a bit easy....
