On Win Wenger site there are only a few informations about it and maybe someone from you knows something more for ex how does excatly look a session with sip breathing (how much time one session should take and how many session per one day) to have a satisfactory effects (I think that too much of it is not a good idea). Other question: when I let go air from my full lungs can I breath normally or I should start instantly next sip breathing ? Last question: how much can you stand with one cykle, I about 90 seconds

It sure would be great to see a video of this, and other techniques in action!

I tried this 'sip breathing' myself and I didnt really enjoy it. I just kind of did my own version of it based on the description, I suppose I should have experimented and tried the different options (like the ones you mentioned) and made a note of what worked better...

Win Wenger said ".... keep going by these delayed small sips of air, without letting anything out, conserving your CO2. You can go about twice as long this way conserving your CO2 as if you were simply holding your breath". What does he want to say by using "twice" ????

Time yourself see how long you can hold your breath before you exhale without breathing in.

As in take a deep breath hold it for as long as you can without breathing out.

Then apply sipp breathing see how long you can go taking in sips of air without breathing out or exhaling. You'll find that you are able to go 2 times as long without breathing out using the sip method.
