I have read Donna Eden's book Energy Medicine and she explains it as the body has subtle energies (in the meridians and chakras) and one can learn to work with these energies to heal the mind and body. These energies have consciousness and an intelligence and by working with them we can heal.
When practicing the exercises in her book, I felt nothing. When practicing SF Qigong, I can feel energy in my body. There is a new strength in me that I have never had before because I NEVER had health and I am 51. The combination of Holosync and SF Qigong has given me health.
