hi..i dont know what 2 say 2 u guys
i will try 2 tell u the summery and i hope that someone will come with clue 2 my problem ( i dont think it is a poblem but i dont know a good word in enlish 2 it it is less harmful than problem)
i got fracture in my leg be4 3 months
i did the operation and now using 2 strechers (i hope this is the right word)
when i visulize myfelf walking without streachers i fail down
can u help me ( anyone )

Since you are having problems visualizing yourself healthy now, try visualizing yourself walking as you did before the accident or as you will again after you are healed. Don't fight your current self image.

When you visualize the healthy you walking, try and remember, or imagine, all the sensations as vividly as you can. The bounce of your step. The subtle side-ways sway of your body. The feel of the air. The sense of power. Here the sound of your footsteps.


You are perfection.

If walking normally is a far stretch visualise walking with a cane rather than crutches in a couple of weeks. Then move to normal walking.

Just because you fall down, don't get worried, just remember when you were learing as a child you fall often.
You fall, so what....get up, get up and run, see yourself running so fast that you can fly.

I think you can do it.

Visualize what will it be like when your fracture is healing. Then visualize normal walking. Give yourself some kind of idea how you are getting better.

You could also do a pattern called "New Behavior Generator" whereby you visualize some else walking correctly. Do this a couple times and then insert yourself into the picture from a dissociated perspective. When this feels right then you can associate into the picture. I had a frozen shoulder 10 yrs. ago and used this technique adding the kinesthetic limb/ body concept. Get creative and curious. That's the NLP way.

It sounds like you might have some psychological reversal on this issue. Your inability to see yourself walking as you used to may mean that you may have a mental block against healing. Pain can do that to us sometimes. A good energy therapy like EFT might help you. Here are a couple of websites that will provide you with information.

For years I had tried different visualization methods and never really got any results. Recently, however, I started visualizing my etheric body changing, and then I started getting phenomenal results! In other words, instead of viewing your leg as healed, view the energy matrix around the leg as healed, and your leg should follow suit. Our body is basically energy vibrating at a certain frequency, and even tho' it looks solid to the naked eye, it really isn't. It's fluid and malleable. When you put yourself in an alpha state (jose Silva) and start viewing your leg as just energy and manipulate that energy, you might have better results. Hope that helps.

Dear Hoss,
Could you elaborate on what afformations are? I tried to buy the book in many bookstores in the area, and no one carries it. I hate to order over the internet with my credit card, as I once had a problem with someone using my card. If it's not too much trouble could you explain what you do once you turn the question around? Thanks for your help. Rachel
