What do people use for affirmations ? Is anyone using anything different to those Paul Sheele suggests in his book and home study course ?

Thanks in advance,

Fraser

I use the following;

I don't know when I notice/use XZY
I don't know where I'll be when I notice/use XYZ
I don't know how I'll notice XYZ
I don't with whom I'll be with when I'll notice XYZ.

And variants of the above. The above is setting myself up for success becasue I am assuming that I'll notice and thus be using XYZ (the information that I have/am PRing)

Those are good affirmations, Drew.

It would be more beneficial, though, to affirm in the positive, as the unconscious tend to drop the "not". You then end up affirming something contrary to what you intended.
