Some people feel that they have difficulty visalising. The GC course provided some techniques that help. Here's one that's been proven to improve visualisation skills in 15 minutes.

Find a painting, full colour... semi abstract is good. Look at the painting for a couple of minutes. Still sitting in front of the painting close your eyes and see what you can remember from it. Look at it again see what you missed for 2 minutes then close your eyes again. Try and bring the painting up in your minds eye. Look at it again for 2 minutes and repeat bringing it up in your minds eye. Do this for 5 minutes you'll notice a change in your visualisation skills. After 10 to 15 minutes most people report a significate improvement in their overall visualisations skills.

Enjoy
Alex

Another way is to image stream.
I find that after a little bit of
image streaming and debriefing,
the clarity and 3Dness of images improves.

cheers,

D
