Franky, I have used the paraliminal tape called Dream Play before. At the start of the tape it asks you what purpose you have for your dreaming. You can always say "I want to activate what I photoread on computer programming today".
Be warned (if you are anything like me) because it causes me to have some pretty crazy dreams.
As far as Direct Learning is concerned I think the best way is to create a tape. On page 122-123 of the Natural Brilliance book by Paul Scheele there is a dialog that its suggested you record onto an audio tape. Basically, its a relaxation exercise that has you see into your future to a point where you have accomplished your goals. There is also a line in there about all the books that you Photoread supporting you in achieving those goals.
I recorded it in my own voice and I listen to it everyday. Its cool because I find when I am really relaxed my mind is free to dream about all the things that I really want in my life. That's important because when I try to think of my goals without being fully relaxed my conscious mind gets in the way saying thingss like "you can't really do that". But when I am in the relaxed state there is none of that limited thinking.
