I have been dipping the natural brilliance book and it mentions using a soft gaze in everyday life. I was wondering what kind of benefits a person can expect from this?

Weight39Doug,

One of the immediate benefits I notice when I go into a soft gaze ... my entire body tends to relax.

Humbily,

Michael Saikali

Michael have you tried rapid reading with a soft gaze. I think it takes my reading to the next level. With practice I have learned how to create a soft gaze without diverging my eyes too much. I find that speeds up my rapid reading.

As it suggested in the Natural Brilliance book I have used a soft gaze while walking through crowds in the mall. Its like instant navigation its pretty cool.
