There have been numerous posts in this forum concerning people preparing for exams, and the concerns that they have about the exams and how can they use PhotoReading to help them study. The PhotoReading book has an excellent section on studying and activating using PhotoReading for school and related things. It uses the best practices from Paul Scheele and Tony Buzan, as well as utilizing brain research on how the brain learns best in small chuunks with frequent breaks. I would advise anyone who is in school, or trying to bone up on any material for that matter, to check it out.
