I was wondering if anyone has a good list of books for a begginer to practice photoreading. I know that the general rule is 7-10 books a week for a month or so, and that they should be non-fiction/non-technical/under 200 pages etc. The only books I own are novels and compsci textbooks... Anyone have some good reading recommendations?

Thanks!

Use the library, B&N or any book store where you can sit down. But, really, make use of your local library.

Use books that are easy to turn pages smoothly and books that are easy to get into photo focus. Hone your technique.

Go for books in the areas that interest you.

I found the following list of 100 best nonfiction books. Print the list and choose your favorites at the nearest library: http://www.randomhouse.com/modernlibrary/100best/

I hope this helps.
