Has anybody ever checked out http://www.iqtest.com? It says it can measure your IQ within 5 points of your actual IQ. I have always thought that my IQ was a little above average, but this thing says my IQ is 151! Genius: 146 - 165

That's kind of hard for me to believe. But then again, I have found a lot of things hard to believe, only to find out that they were true.

I wouldn't put too much faith in that test. I did it a few days ago as a result of a discussion we were having on the Planet Rugby website (!). I got 156. I thought your IQ wasn't supposed to change radically, but that's 14 points higher than when I was tested in school.

And I'm certainly not a genius!!!

I took that test and scored 169 or so - this one did modifications due to my age. I took another test, which measured my IQ at ~138, but this one assumed that I was an adult. I redid the calculations, and it came out to roughly the score that www.iqtest.com gave me.

SOrry to burst the bubble too...IQ is a measure of your Intelligence quotient compared to other people...I dont know whom they have tested but I think you are a genius compared to the other people who have taken that test.

IQ isn't relative to other people. It's supposed to be your mental age divided by your physical age and multiplied by 100. So if you're physically as old as you are mentally, your score would be exactly 100.

Real IQ tests aren't taken like this at all. They're not supposed to be based on information you can know, like the amount of legs on certain animals. They are most often visual puzzles that you have to solve.
