In my Linear Algebra class I've been amazed at how slow everyone else is to catch on. I mean, after the first few lessons, everything we've been doing is just new terminology for something we've already done, or a combination of techniques we've already learned.

I was thinking about this last night before I went to sleep and finally made the connection. I had been PRing the individual sections and assignments in my Linear Algebra book then I noticed a message Paul left about PRing the whole book for structure.

I decided to give that a try with my purpose being to understand the overall structure of the book and the mathematics itself. Now, I've never been a great math student. I've liked math since I took calculus in college but my grades were always pretty low.

But in this class I'm almost bored. My grades are high, my comprehension is high and I seem to be catching on to the concepts and techniques much faster than anyone else in the room.

Just thoght I'd share that success story. Perhaps it will help other students.
