I have the Photoreading Whole Mind System self study course, and working on it. Today I photoread a 186 page book, and a 526 page book. I have a headache right above and around my eyes. Is this normal? Please let me know, and thanks in advance.

While I am not a very experienced PR I did have the same things happen to me when I first started to use Photoreading after I went through the Home Study Course. I did see awhile back that this was fairly common when first starting out, but I cannot find that post at this time. For what it's worth, the headaches felt almost as if it were a "brain cramp" rather than a headache. After about a week (and Photoreading 8 books) the "headaches" seemed to go away. My suggestion, keep at it for about a week, if it is bothering you than try to PR shorter books and only 1 book a day to help reduce the strain on your brain as it begins to make those new connections that PR is causing it to make.

In the PhotoReading step, you are using your eye muscles in a new way. So, go easy on yourself. Within a few books the strain should go away, and you may continue to have "brain tingle" now and then. Think about that for a second. An actual instant physical indicator that something is going on in your brain during the PhotoReading step!

Also, drink plenty of fresh water when you PhotoRead to keep your brain hydrated.
