I just got the "Personal Genius" one and it put me in a zone - like I've never felt before. I'm definately getting more of them.

I was wondering if I should listen to that one before I Photoread EVERYTIME. I don't want it to become a crutch.

Also, I see they have one on "Quitting Smoking" but not one for chewing tobacco. Dang. That's been a nagging addiction since I was 12 and I just can't give it up. Do you think they'll ever make one? I think it would be a big seller because NO ONE makes any tapes for that.

You can listen to the paraliminals before PhotoReading or before bed, or whenever you have time. It's like stretching before you run, you don't NEED to do it, but it does help prime your muscles. And even if you didn't stretch, when you run, you train yourself to be a better runner, same with PhotoReading.

Hi Andy,

I'm in the same boat with chewing tobacco. I've tried about everything I know of to be free of that addiction but I keep going back. I even made it 8 months one time.

I think if the aim was changed just slightly to "nicotine cessation" rather than "free of smoking" then the paraliminal could probably work for both, but until LSC (or someone else) does some research into the topic, I guess we'll never know.

Keep up the good fight!
Mike

You can absolutely use Smoke-Free for chewing tobacco. New Behavior Generator would also be useful.

Many people, too, who practice Spring Forest Qigong quit smoking. Might work for chewing, too.

Thank you for the reply Pete. I just ordered Smoke-Free. I'll post a follow-up when I've used it.

Mike
