I'm about to start image streaming tonight, and am wondering if its really that crucial to have a tape recorder going when i speak aloud? because isn't that kind of pointless if i will never go back to listen to the tapes? I mean your not increasing your intelligence by listening to yourself on a tape. Just wondering, Hope somone can respond in time. Thanks.

I found an answer in the search button, a person that does image streaming by not talking to anyone or in a tape recorder, He just talks aloud and he got the benefits. thats all i needed to know.

I've seen some documentation that says it's pretty important to have a person or recorder when image streaming.

I've have been streaming for about 6 months and it has been a really, really wild mind ride!

As a result of image streaming I think more clearly and my ideas seem flow to me - now I get many, many ideas. I recently completed Win Wenger's suggested 21 days of underwater swimming. It was fantastic. I really see benefit.

Someone awhile back said that they did image streaming while listening to a paraliminal. I keep wanting to find the time to do this technique & yet i never seem to get enthusiastic until i see someone posting it here.
