Hey, all...

Ever since I began learning the system a few months ago, I have noticed a profound change in the frequency and vividness of my dreaming. But, I have also noticed that the dreams have seemingly little or nothing to do with any of the material that I PhotoRead. Is this "normal?" Are there any sources anyone could refer me to for more information on the effects of PhotoReading on dreaming? Pete, Paul, or Dana, if you are reading this, could you perahps give me some more insight? I am fascinated by this change, but I am curious about its possible connection to PhotoReading. Thanks in advance...

I can't get my dreams to match up with the books I read either, at least not the same night. I used to have Lucid Dreams maybe once a month, now I have at least 4 a week. I have the "Dream Play" Paraliminal too and sometimes it takes a day or 2 to "kick in." I'd listen to it on Monday and not have the dream that deals with what I want until Thursday.

PhotoReading does stimulate dreaming. Try PhotoReading a book just before bed. Make sure you know the content of the book so that you can see how it may relate to your dreams.

[Can you use your Lucid Dream to activate what you've photoread?]

I've never been able to dream about the books I read, for some reason I always get something else, hehe but TRYING to do it gives you something and that's better than nothing. The side that always works is the "Problem Solving" side. If I tell myself to dream about a certain issue I almost always dream about it, even if I can't remember specifically what it is, I have the memory of a dream about it. Dreams are highly metaphorical and when you think you don't dream about something you probably do anyway but what shows up in the dream represents something else. I've read Dream Interpretation books but found most of them to be useless. Like they say if you dream about a wolf or something that represents a "challenge" comming up, I mean DUH, that can be taken about as seriously as the horoscope.

By Lucid Dreaming I mean knowing you're dreaming when you're dreaming so you can interact. It started once I got the tapes. It didn't happen when I had just the book. Must be something about them. I got the "Dream Play" about the same time as the PR course so I'm not sure which (or both) did it. Maybe the more information you take in actively in the day forces your dreams to become more lively.

I don't know about getting to sleep in 10 minutes, the more you worry about time the more you're sure to be up but Dream Play is all you need. I have alot of Paraliminals now and I'm sure all of them are contributing to the dreams but the specific dream one is the only one I've listened to at night.

Hi theerapun,
You asked if sleep in 10 minutes is possible. When I go to bed at night I am almost always asleep in less than 2 minutes. Insomnia for me is still being awake after 15 minutes of lying in bed. If that happens I just get up and do something until I am sleepy.
