I didn't really get much out of the PhotoReading book or the self study course. But when I took the PhotoReading seminar with Paul Scheele my reading ability skyrocketed. What seemed to make a big difference was the physical excercises that Paul Scheele had us do to balence the right/left sides of the brain to bring about "whole mind learning".

I forgot a lot of the excercises that were used in the course and would like to learn them again. I recently bought the Brain Gym Teacher's Edition and was wondering which excercises in it would be good to use for PhotoReading.

It would be amazing to go though school with the state of mind and body that I had during the seminar with Paul Scheele.
