Hi,
Some paraliminal case inserts recommend daily use. If you listen more often, can you increase the effect?

Thanks,
Paul

In most cases you would receive more benefit per listening minute if you spent the additional time listening to another Paraliminal Tape.

There usually is less benefit to listening to a program more than recommended.

Why is this the case? Could the same be applied to photoreading and it is better to PR 5 different books a day, as opposed to the same 5 for a day over a week(even though they may be connected to your work?)

Paraliminal Tapes are based, in part, on NLP. In most cases, there is no need to undergo the "change process" multiple times.

Paraliminal Tapes are not based on affirmations. If they were, you would have to listen to them again and again.

As far a PhotoReading, you would no doubt gain more knowledge by PhotoReading different books, but when you want to "burn in" the process, then you can PhotoRead the same book again and again. PhotoReading 5-10 books aday is more like batting practice.
