Hello!

I was wondering if I can use 3D stereograms to practice to maintain my photofocus?

Since they have been compered as the same state before!

If I keep the picture on a stereogram for maybe 5 minutes. Can that help me to stay in photofocus state while I photoread??

Definately!

To prepare for photoreading once you have the photofocus part down, try blinking a couple times while holding photofocus, and moving it around a bit.

Better yet, if you get the photofocus part down, just move on to books and start practicing on those...that way you can try to hold it while turning pages and staying relaxed and stuff.
