I've basically know much of the photoreading whole mind system....but somehow, I'm still CONFUSED over the 5th step, which is Rapid Reading. People say its like really really fast speed reading, but I'm not really sure....Can someone give me a more Detailed EXPLANATION?

Step 5 is done in the same speed as the others. It's doing all things that you are comfortable in step 4, and going through at your own pace.

Often times, however, you'll find that you're able to do this "really fast speed reading," like normal reading, but at an accelerated rate, thanks to step 3, the PR step, which puts the information into your subconcious.

Hrm. . .okay:

It's going from beginning to end, and not skipping certain sections, like you're taught to do in step 4. RapidReading is going through the ENTIRE thing. Often times, if you're not sure what you're looking for, this is the step to use after postviewing, and possibly one or two activation techniques.

So if you find yourself saying,"I don't know what more I want out of this, I just want more." That's the sign to use RR, which goes from start to finish, through every detail.

Slow down on complexities, and speed through the things you feel are unimportant.
