Hi,
Is it ok to mindmap while reading?
Taking notes whether in mindmap or linear version give me better concentration which is quite a big problem for me for reading. But I understand that taking note tell us unconciously that we don't necessarily have to memorize those facts so we don't remember well...

I don't know where people got the idea that to remember, it is best not to write it down, I've also heard that. The way we learn is by BOTH. If we write something down, we are bound to remember it. Writing helps memorization and learning in general.
