How should one read a short email message, only a paragraph?

Should I preview it, then PR, then activate it?

What do seasoned PR people do with this sort of thing?

TIA

My WILD GUESS would be that even seasoned PhotoReaders just plain READ a short e-mail message.
I mean, whats the use of going into state, affirming, going into photofocus, photoreading a page, then closing; when it's only a paragraph!

Yes, you just regular read it. This is what I mean by PRing and regular reading being two separate things, each having their uses.

I usually use my Evelyn Woods speedreading skills on my e-mail (sans finger) or sometimes I just read it out loud, underlining all the important parts with crayons.

I go through a lot of monitors that way.

So speed reading is a good *adjunct* to PR?

Evelyn Woods is top of the crop?

Speed reading is just that: sped up reading. Photoreading will run circles around it, but needs a to back up a bit before it runs (the photoreading step).

If the track is so short that speedreading will have finished it before PRing is done backing up, speedreading wins.

If the track is longer, PRing will win.

There's simply no point in PRing and then activating a short e-mail, especially one that's only one paragraph.

If your asking me if Eveyln Woods is the best speedreading program, that I can't say...it's the only one I've taken, and I'm happy with what I use it for.

Do note, however, that I've taken the Evelyn Woods course and now I photoread.

Well, you could use the photoreading step on ALL of your e-mail at once. Especially if you can get into state in one breath.

PhotoFocus, RapidRead. I never bother any of the other steps.

Do you mean rapid read while in photofocus?
