I recently purchased the photoreading tapes - I can enter the state and photofocus - but I find it relly hard trying to determine what my purpose is. Let's say I'm trying to read a single chapter in a history book about WWI - or the COLD WAR. Let's say I have no prior knowledge to these events, and all i know is that they are in fact WARS. What would my purpose be then? I'm always shaky as to what my purpose should be.. Sometimes I end up stating a few purposes, not quite sure which one I should be thinking of.. Even if i preview the chapter first - what makes a purpose sufficient? -- i feel like maybe my purposes aren't purpose enough - and maybe i should start hitting purposes thatll strike me emotionally somehow - im not sure. What's an example of a sufficient purpose for a history chapter?

Well you can try asking:

"I hope to learn more about the COLD WAR in general or with great details"

Or

"I'm just simply practicing my photoreading skills to strengthen the bridge of neural connection between my inner mind and conscious mind"
