I used the search function (see that little word that's underlined). I used "5 day plan" and got 28 threads. The second one on the list looked promising and here is the fourth post from that thread (hope it pastes well).

I can help you guys out provided I don't get in copyright trouble:
Day 1 - Get a book that really interests you. Prepare and Photoread it.
Day 2 - With the same book prepare, preview (no more than 2 minutes) and Photoread. Then
Postview (write down trigger words and questions you want to have answered).
Day 3 - Prepare and Photoread. Then super read and dip (get through the entire text in 30
minutes and don't worry about comprehension). Then review your trigger words to see how
much recognition is coming to you.
Day 4 - Prepare and Photoread. Then spend 30 minute super reading and dipping or skittering
the entire book. Look at your trigger words and formulate additional questions using the mind
probing technique.
Day 5 - Prepare and Photoread. Examine the table of contents and focus on the sections you
feel you need more information. Super read and dip or skitter to answer specific questions.
Rapid read if you don't have specific questions but want more info. Create a simple mind map
(don't go to indepth with the mind map take 10 minutes or so).
