anyone able to give me their own directions to each or one of these? Also what each mean exactly.. i have read the book, just didnt understand :\.

And i spent a hell of a lot of time going back over paragraphs trying to make sence of each paragraph. So there is nothing i missed. (except for that optional part in level3)

Don't really understand your question Kris.

I look at the superreading and dipping stage sort of like going on a treasure hunt with a timer. The idea is to look for information that answers your question. You inner mind already knows whats there it just needs to bring your conscious mind up to date in answer to your questions.
