Just use the system on it. Prepare, preview and pr the book. then wait atleast 30 mins to give your brain the chance to process the info and then begin your activation using multiple 30 min sessions.
Your reason for reading the book, the complexity of the material and the relevant information the you need from the book should all be born in mind when activating the material.
