Look up the topics themselves "telekenisis" and I believe "Can Jedi PhotoRead?" has some other information, or at least a short mentioning of it.
But basically, PR is not related to TK, but it is a subject that is really discussed on and off around here even since a little while ago. Try giving a good read to Mind Over Matter, by Loyd Auerbach, as well as the Silva Method books for information about how this may be possible.
There are certain mental excersises that many here have discovered to be extremely convincing that PK(psychokenisis, or telekenisis) is a very real and masterable skill.
Also look into some of the things that are being talked about her just recently relating to the paraliminals - lucid dreaming and OBE's(or out of body experiences). [Thanks Alex!
