Hi,
should i take a speed reading course so that my "rapid reading" step will b faster? or are the steps outlined in the PR book enough?

Hi.
I think you'll find that the rapid reading procedure in the course is sufficient. You might want to search the archives for material on subvocalisation if you're really interested in pushing the reading speed up, but the s/r and dipping should have left a structure so that rapid reading for you should be exactly that - rapid. In any case, for most material, you may not even need the rapid reading step.
