I'm trying skittering, or at least my version (read the first sentence of each paragraph and then zig-zag up and down) and it took me about 80 minutes, at least, to super-read/dip a 240 page book.

I'm suppose to do this in 20?

Tips! Tips! Give me tips!

Pace yourself so that you get through an average 250 page book in 30 minutes. Then come back and repeat the process for another 30 minutes. Give yourself permission to miss some of the information on the first pass. 10 seconds per page is roughly how long you spend superreading. Dipping one or 2 lines or paragraphs to answer your questions that you formed from your trigger words.

On the whole you're on the right track keep using the system and you'll get better and faster at the activation process.

Also, just superread/skitter the information that you are drawn to--the sections/portions that will help you fulfill your purpose. The goal is not to superread the whole book, but to accomplish your purpose.
