I first learn to read quickly with Evelyn Woods methods of reading. This is with the fingers. And it does work.

I bought two of the Photo Read books because I could not find the first one I bought. Then I found it after I bought the second.

I love the book it is great...I forgot the Weenie test. That is easy to do for me.

However when I try it with books it does not see to work. What exactly am I to do and see.

Thank you for any help.

You should see ...

--------

| | | | <--- Opened Book and what you
| | | | see when in Photofocus.
| | | |
--------

Double crease as depicted above when book is opened.

What to do? Practice, NOPS and keep a relaxed gaze. The more you use it, the better you get.

Look at the forum "what should the blip page look like." There is an excellent example if you need help with the blip

Thank you for the quick reply. Don't worry I cannot draw worth a dime either.

Is it the same focus I have when I do the "Weenie Method"? Maybe I should practice that for sometime for a try a book again.

I am getting very good in the "Weenie Method"

Yes it's the same focus. Try it with some of those 3D stereograms an you'll notice the focus/how it feels when looking at the paper.

They also explain the cocktail weenie technique and some others (links at the bottom of the page) They also have some 3D stereos you can try it on.

I'm starting to see the blip page, but it's thin as heck. It looks like the edges of the paragraphs are bleeding into the spine of the book. It's a very, very subtle effect.
