Duh dude you are sleep deprived. Go get some sleep.. sheesh. Btw, you've probably acquired a deficit that will take a long time to recover.
There are people who can sleep very little but this is NATURAL for them. It is nothing special. There is also a drug the military has that might be useful but good luck on getting it.
Meditators may be able to improve sleep or reduce the need to sleep by attaining a more reflective state the entire day and also altering their brain wave frequencies.
It helps to do progressive or focused relaxation before going to sleep or while in bed too to fall asleep more rapidly.
