Recently I've been reading about NLP, and the ideas and techniques behind it. I understand that the paraliminal tapes and some of the other tapes sets use NLP in order to help the user make the desired changes in behaviour to accomplish their goal.

I was about to make a purchase of some NLP books, my goal being to learn and utilise NLP in my everday life. But then it occured to me that perhaps if I listen to various paraliminals I will subconsiously learn the techniques of NLP and utilise them without thinking. Is this correct? Do the paraliminal tapes actually teach us the practical NLP techniques at a subconscious level, or do they simply use NLP to achieve one's goal?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated

As a result of listening to Paraliminals you will automatically run many NLP processes in your life.

Direct Learning from PhotoReading would be a great way to learn skills from books.
