HAHAHA, Marching band blowz. Takes away a good sport or club or whateva. I quit next year. I usually get tired if no hydrate, brain aches and feels weird, maybe that's why. Sometimes towards the end of the day I recall things less and less, study spanish vocab for like 10min, forget it all the next minute. I might have a hydration problem.

Tiredness may well be a physical response due to the way you approach certain subject... whether with regular reading or photoreading. Fear, anxiety or apprehension about your ability to comprehend understand or learn a subject can create stress in the body.

quote:
Secondly, the body has a natural way of returning itself to a normal state after the 'flight or fight' response through the action of what is known as 'tropotrophic' or relaxation response, and which effects are exactly opposite of the flight or fight response...

So it's quite possible that the class prior what somewhat stressful.
